HTC One, the flagship device by HTC has now unveiled the update of 4.2.2 Jelly Bean for Europe.
The update was first introduced by the tech giant in Taiwan but it is soon catching up in other countries as well, reported Android Central.
Some Europeans have also received the update for the operating system. The update has improved the 417MB Android 4.2.2 by 1.48MB but there is requirement for installation first.

The update has already landed in countries such as Russia, Denmark, Sweden, Romania, Georgia, Finland, Norway and Serbia.
These firmware upgrades will soon be launched in other countries as well. The triple-dot Menu screen has been removed and the option is replaced by the long press of the touch sensitive Home screen.
HTC One update was much awaited update by the users. After receiving many complaints about certain features, HTC One has now finally added support for Android 4.2’s new Daydream screensaver. There is an improvement in the quick setting option and a lock screen widget is also added. The power saver option has been removed from the notification bar to make more space for the alerts the users receive.
The firmware upgrade has also added the feature of sharing screenshots as soon as it is clicked as well as adding new video templates.
Since Instagram has become one of the popular applications on the mobile phones, the tech giant has now put together Instagram and HTC’s BlinkFeed.
HTC One is also updated with a new option to remove black menu bar that appears in certain applications and now there will be an option to a long-press of the home key.
HTC One is a flagship device by HTC and it was launched in March, this year. The smartphone set the market on fire and has been a competition for Samsung Galaxy S4. Recently, the Google Edition of the handset was also launched. The tech giant has promised to give frequent updates for the software.
